ABC Scripture Challenge 2011

Here are more of the pages I have finished for my ABC Scripture Challenge.... I've been working on my tags that I need to mail for my Hello Kitty Tag Swap.  I have the rough sketch on what I'm doing and trying to get everything cut up and ready to assemble. 

Here's the pages for the letter "C" confidence.

 And these are the pages for the letter "E" easy... which this page was not...TeeHee.. I did this complicated folded background to show the opposite of easy.  Unlike our walk with the Lord, if we walk with him it can be easy, but as humans we tend to complicate everything...ahhh us.

I'll post my ATCs on a later post.

ABC Scripture Challenge 2011

These are the pics for my latest ABC Scripture Challenge page....I know I'm going out of order, but I'm still in the process of doing the other ones, for some reason I started and I'm being a little overcritical about them.
:o(      I'm my worst critic....BooHoo

The Letter is "F", the Word is Forget... Forgetting is something we should not do, especially the Word of the Lord.  This is my simple page...I'm using the funnest paper I found in the calendar stash..  A little glossy accents and some glitter and voila....beautiful.

What I did today !!

  Hello....
Well, today I finally started on my ATC cards for the swap I entered at A Lil scrap of Heaven...hosted by Stephanie (stephanoid69=YouTube).  This will be my first ATCs ever...my first ATC Swap and my first swap @ A Lil Scrap of Heaven.... wooohoooo, a lot of firsts.  But, very excited to complete them and mail them off, so that then I can concentrate on Alee's Hello Kitty Tag Swap...I know, I know, another swap... yes I love Hello Kitty and I couldn't pass up the chance to join...These are small projects, not like a mini or something so I'm sure I can handle it...(fingers crossed) TeeHee. 
Off to complete as much as I can tonight..  wish me luck..!

ABC Scripture Challenge 2011

Well, here I go, late as usual, but I'm trying...this is the my second installment of the ABC Scripture Challenge I'm attempting to follow...not so much on time, but I am committed to finishing it.  I do have two more completed, but for some reason I can't find the pics...will have to take another one again.. 
The letter and word for this challenge was "B", the word "Bible".  My favorite book Evah !!  Well I really shouldn't call it a book,  this is my guide to salvation, my map to the promised land, my everything.  If I feel sad, I get Joy from it.  If I feel despair, I find a arms around me Comforting and Lifting me up.  If I'm in a dark place, it Shines a Light to my Path.  Thank God for his mercy.  Amen

I don't know if I've mentioned this before, but in addition to the challenge of the word, I am also challenging myself to use as background paper sheets from a scrap booking calendar I bought a few years ago.. so sometime you'll see some funky backgrounds and papers that do not belong to any specific collection.
