What I did today !!

  Well I've been so swamped at work that I had NO time to do any scrapping whatsoever !!
I've been meaning to mail out the Pin/Charm Swap for Feb to Allyson for the last 2 days.  So
today is my last day to send them out... I pray I'm not too late, all I need to do is take pictures,
add my info card and take them to the post office.  But, of course I need to first make sure my
family if fed, because somehow they are unable to fend for themselves. !
Can you believe that ?!?!?  OK, so I'm off to do that, Allyson, be patient, please.  I'll post
pics soon..... they came out so pretty.

OMG!! OMG!!

I can't believe it...... I won, I won.....TeeHee
So super excited I had so much fun on this weekend's Blog Hop,
hosted by the most wonderful scrappy ladies.  Today I found out
that I won one of the giveaways {{  ;0) }} !!  This was on Gloria's
blog channel...  www.GloriasCraftGallery.blogspot.com  I was
stunned, I've never really been  lucky at getting prizes, so this was
a very pleasant surprise for me...Thank you so much Gloria !!  I'm
off to your site to send you my info.

What I did today ! Sunday 13 February

Hi Ladies,
Just a quick note to let you know what I did today. Well, after Sunday morning church service, we went to eat at our local Cheddar's restaurant, it's this really nice family restaurant that has awesome food at very reasonable prices. After I ate & ate, I needed to go to Micheal's to get the beads I needed for the Feb 2011 Pin & Charm Swap I entered... Hosted by Allyson... I know, I know another swap?? Yes !! I have so much fun creating these simple items, I really enjoy creating them, I truly believe it shows ones personality. But anyways, I started on them about 20 minutes before the Grammy award show started, and I finished about 10 minutes after the show ended... I was so proud of myself! 10 stickpins, well actually, I started doing others so I ended up with 15 extra ones, TeeHee. Ok, so the stickpins and 10 beautiful charms... Can't wait to post the pictures, all I have to sorry about know is the packaging!!! Wish me luck.
Well gotta go, running low on battery on my itouch.

What I did today !!

   Hi Ladies,
I just finished my first Blog Hop !!  It was awesome, I had so much fun and found cool new blogs to follow.  I invite ya'll to do the same, you never know you might get that inspiration you need to finally finshed the project on your dest, I sure did.

ABC Scripture Challenge 2011

This is my page for the ABC Scripture Challenge hosted by Patter Cross @ www.triplethescraps.blogspot.com .

Every couple of weeks she'll post a word that will inspire us to create a page/ATC/layout, anything
you want to use to create a scrapping item that incorporates the word of the week.  This is my first
year and I've had alot of fun enjoying the items other ladies have done from the past year.  If you
don't follow her blog, I totally encourage you to do so, it is very inspiring.
Well, enough said... here is my contribution.   I decided to us some simple blank cards I had, they
measure slightly smaller than a 4x6.  I'm using this so I can punch a couple holes for binder clips and 
I can make it into a small mini.  Praying that for the end of the year I will have an awesome mini.

I used some scrapping paper from a box calendar I bought two years ago, way before I started scrapbooking,  weird right??
I some chipboard letter and quotation marks to make an anchor, I then ran it thru my BigShot to
dry emboss, I wanted for it to look used/worn out and decorative.  I used the same embossing
folder for the piece of cardstock under the bibile verse.  On the fishies and shells and coral, I use
some Glossy Accents to make it pop and look wet.
